SUNDAY MAY 20

This Sunday we celebrate Pentecost, the coming of the Spirit to empower the church for God’s mission in the world. To signify this we have joined with ten other local churches all agreeing to reflect on Acts 1:1-8, and also agreeing to spend time in prayer for each other. This service will truly be a practise of the unifying work of the Spirit!

SUNDAY MAY 13

This Sunday (reminder: it's Mothers Day!) will conclude our sermon series on calling and gifting. In light of that, we are going to do something a bit different.  Instead of a regular sermon we are going to participate in a spiritual gifts exercise and discussion.  This will be a casual environment where we can come to a deeper understanding of God’s work in our life and how he may be calling us to serve.

SUNDAY MAY 6

Join us this week Sunday as we focus on the different ways that God has “graced/wired/gifted” us to serve in his kingdom.  We will be focusing on the gifting list in Rom. 12:6-8.  The message this week will lay the ground work for next week, May 13th, when we will spend out time together discovering the gifts we each have!

SUNDAY APRIL 29

Most often we equate God’s grace with our salvation and protection, rarely do we think of it having to do with our calling and gifting.  However, not only are we "saved by grace,” but in fact we are also "gifted by grace!!”  Join us this Sunday as we reflect on God’s “gifting grace” given to each one of us!

SUNDAY APRIL 22

Often times we act as if worship only happens on Sunday mornings or in our car when we fire up a “worship" playlist, but Romans 12 gives us a much broader vision of worship.  This coming Sunday we will reflect on how our calling and gifting is part of our living, daily worship. Hope to see you there!

NEW SERMON SERIES!

This week we will begin a new sermon series looking at how God calls and equips us to serve.  The prophet Jeremiah was a man of humble beginnings who didn’t think he had much to offer when God called his name…little did he know.  Do you think you’re not called, thing again!

SUNDAY MARCH 18

This Sunday, March 18, we will look at the role that Peter plays during that final fateful night—the confidence of Peter quickly fades under the fire-light of interrogation! SUNDAY MARCH 11

Prayer can be a difficult thing.  In the Bible we are told to pray but sometimes it seems God is not listening, or we pray and nothing happens.  Hours before Jesus is crucified he kneels down in a quiet place and pours his heart out to God in an incredibly tension filled prayer.  Join us this Sunday, March 11, as we reflect on the prayer of Jesus in the garden and how this may impacts our prayer today.

NEW SERMON SERIES | LENT

This Sunday, February 25, we begin the season of Lent, looking at Jesus’ final hours before his crucifixion. Living in suffering and darkness is often times chaotic; these are periods in life when we often feel alone and have trouble putting it into words.  Over the next few weeks we will be looking at the chaos of Jesus’ final hours and the darkness he must of felt.  Join us this week as we look at Jesus’ final meal and the chaos and complexity he faced in it.

SUNDAY, JANUARY 21

This coming Sunday we will be continuing our current sermon series on The Bridge's mission statement.

In an age of social media where our lives are on display for all to see, what does it mean to live a life “hidden with Christ in God.”  Join us as we cut through the surrealism of our outward ‘profile' to explore the inwardness of who we really are.  Our text will be Col 3:1-4.
